Using Clock-in Clock-out

The Clock-in and Clock-out feature allows hourly employees to enter their time by entering a pin number assigned to them. The user accesses this feature using the CCC ONE Time Clock program, and then entering a pin number assigned to them. This feature keeps track of the employee clock-in and clock-out time events.

This feature also allows employees who are paid commission, the ability to clock-in and clock-out of repair order labor assignments that are assigned to them. Employees can view or print their timecards by accessing the timecard log.

ClosedTo Clock-in for hourly and salary employees
  1. From the CCC ONE Time Card screen, enter the assigned clock-in code in the Clock-in Code field, and then click on Enter. The employee Time Clock screen opens.
  2. Click on the green Clock-in button from the Time Clock screen, and then click Exit. The Time Clock screen closes.
ClosedTo Clock-out for hourly and salary employees
  1. From the CCC ONE Time Card screen, enter the assigned clock-in code in the Clock-in Code field, and then click on Enter. The employee Time Clock screen opens.
  2. Click on the red Clock-out button from the Time Clock screen, and then click Exit. The Time Clock screen closes.
ClosedTo Clock-in for commission employees
  1. From the CCC ONE Time Card screen, enter the assigned clock-in code in the Clock-in Code field, and then click Enter. The employee Allocation tab from the Time Clock screen opens.
  2. Click on the green Clock-in button from the Time Clock screen, and then click Add RO. Assigned labor assignments appear in the Available Repair Orders screen.
  3. From the Available Repair Orders screen, click on a repair order workfile from the Available RO pane on the left.
  4. Click on the Labor Type, and then click OK. The selected labor assignment is displayed in the employee Allocation section of the Time Clock screen.
  5. Click Exit. The Time Clock screen closes.
ClosedTo Clock-out for commission employees
  1. From the CCC ONE Time Card screen, enter the assigned clock-in code in the Clock-in Code field, and then click the Enter button. The employee Allocation tab from the Time Clock screen opens.
  2. From the Allocation tab, click on the Stop RO button of the labor assignment that you want to clock-out from. The labor assignment is removed from the Allocation tab.
  3. Click on the red Clock-out button. The Time Clock screen closes.
